  They are either way too busy or short staffed...After several attempts of trying to call and being on hold for 30+ minutes, we are going to have to find somewhere else to go.

  After making them aware I am a first time mom, they failed to let me know I have to make an appointment every 4 weeks. As well as assuming I'm 4 weeks ahead of what I truly am. Even after my 19/20 week scan confirmed I am correct, they still have not changed my EDD. They are either unorganized, or have poor communication skills. Either way, I am very unhappy with their service.

  Used "My Chart" to set up my son's appointment that is new to the area, this was what I was told to us. Set him up for appointment and they called and confirmed the appointment and told him to be there a 1/2 hour early to fill out paperwork as he is a new patient. He took off work early, went to the office and a VERY rude front desk attendee told him "he jumped the line, by making an online appointment and the Dr. is too busy for a new patient" WHAT???? I called and spoke to another office person and was told the My Chart should not be used, it does not work and I would need to call in and make an appointment for at least a month or two out, again - WHAT???? Needless to say they refused to see him. Gee, wonder what is wrong with our healthcare system?????
